Our Partnership

C-GMGR Inc. is an incorporated partnership that owns and operates our precious and beloved Mooney.  There are four owners who each hold a 1/4 share of the corporation.  Each partner is appointed as a Director of the corporation.

The partners are:

• Fernando Capitao
• Bob Goulais
• Kyle Nordman
• Blair Kinsman

 

The CGMGR Inc. ownership group meets quarterly and everyone has a say in the ownership and operations of the Mooney.  Recently, the partners have agreed to an upgrade of cockpit avionics that will bring the aircraft into the 21st century.  This upgrade was completed in June 2020.

Other ongoing business includes regular maintenance, annual inspections, our hangar arrangements at Buttonville as well as scheduling and operating policies.

Each partner is required to adhere to the Shareholders Agreement that outlines our roles and responsibilities to the corporation, the aircraft and to each partner.  We are required to strictly adhere to all Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARS), the requirements of our aviation insurance policy, the Pilot’s Operating Handbook and adhere to the highest standards of safety each and every time we fly.
