Region of Waterloo International Airport

Region of Waterloo International Airport (CYKZ) is the home of Mooney C-GMGR. Waterloo was chosen for its IFR infrastructure,  lighting, and proximity to maintenance services.

CYKF describes itself as a full-service, customer-friendly facility that supports commercial, corporate and general aviation.

The airport is located about an hour from Toronto, off Regional Road 17 IFountain Road North) in Breslau, Ontario about 8 km north of Highway 401 .  

CYKF features:

• Two Runways – 7,000 feet and 4,100 feet
• CAT1 Instrument Landing System (ILS)
• NAV Canada Control Tower 07:00 – 23:00
• Class C Airspace
• Airport of Entry (AOE) / 180 with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) onsite 07:00 -23:00 (No Fees)
• Two full service Fixed Based Operators (FBO)
